RoadRunner Scooters has a detailed Return Policy. All electric scooters purchased must be returned within 10 days of delivery. Scooters must be in the original packaging and never ridden. RoadRunner Scooters reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet their resell standards. Returns incur a 20% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for the return and original shipping costs. Refunds are issued within 10 business days to the original payment method. For RX7 Purchases Only, any cancellation made on a Pre-Order RX7 will result in a 20% cancellation fee.

Expedited shipping options are available for parts orders, however, scooter purchases cannot be expedited. RoadRunner Scooters can ship to most addresses in the United States. Some restrictions may apply. Please double check your address for accuracy when ordering from RoadRunner Scooters. An incorrectly entered address can delay or prevent shipment. All new scooter/part orders placed on roadrunnerscooters.com prior to 12 PM (EST) will generally leave their warehouse that same day. Their warehouses operate Monday – Friday excluding holidays. Orders placed after 12 PM (EST) on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will generally leave their warehouse Monday, the first business day of the week.
